Who Do You Think You Are? Live 2008

This is the largest family history show and has grown from last year with more celebrities and companies attending.

 

This three day event over the May bank holiday weekend pulled big crowds.

Natasha Kiplinsky talked about the filming of "Who do you think you are?" at the beginning of the first day.

The Quaker records were launched at the show.

It was a busy three days at the show with big crowds on the Saturday with lots of people trying out our new search features and data sets.

Our prize draw drew over 2000 entries.

We also had some great finds and stories. One customer told us how he reunited two sisters that were separated at birth using TheGenealogist.co.uk

CDs of Parish Records, Directories and

family trees were a big seller.

Binders for storing your certificates and photographs kept Sue busy.

David helped locate people in the census

and in our parish records.

Mick has a keen interest in family history and was on hand in the SoG fair section
